How do you create an identity that supports but doesn’t take centre stage, and a website that gives scope for an ever increasing amount of content? Marcus Peel is an internationally awarded photographer who combines his passion for photography, architecture and interiors.
Idea & difference
Our new identity is deliberately understated so that the photography can remain the hero. Marcus’ photographic style is characterised by extreme clarity and an acute awareness of detail, and our identity aims to mirror these qualities. The website style is more blog than traditional portfolio site, encouraging repeat visits to view the ever evolving content. The site features a bespoke content management system and social media tools allowing for effortless sharing of images. It’s an appropriately weighted design approach that supports and complements, but never overshadows.
