Idea & difference
Having reviewed feedback on the existing website and explored best practice in Paramount’s market and beyond, we realised that our main challenge was to deliver a huge amount of information as clearly and concisely as possible. Our new site dramatically improves the customer journey with maximum clarity delivered through more intuitive navigation, a bespoke pictogram system and a cleaner, uncluttered look. We succeeded in delivering a vast amount of content for both desktop and mobile in a way that is digestible and user friendly.
