How do you capture the essence of what makes a company different and express that in a way that sets it apart from the crowd? Paramount is an award-winning independent estate agent with a collaborative, service-led approach that places people at the heart of the property business. Paramount asked us to create a compelling new brand identity to articulate this promise and convey the refreshingly different personality behind it.
Idea & Difference
It was important to differentiate Paramount not only in terms of its proposition but also in its visibility within a very crowded market. Combining a vibrant graphic language with humanist typography, we developed an identity that works effectively across media and in all environments. The bespoke word mark features a 6º angle that recurs throughout, enabling dynamic use of a bold colour palette. Specially commissioned photography highlights Paramount’s local area of North West London and reflects their unparalleled market knowledge. Illustrations by the distinctive and playful Kiki Ljung add an unconventional and very human touch.
